  • Order Handling Time: 1 – 2 Days (Monday-Friday).
  • Transit Time: 3 – 5 Days (Monday-Friday) – Free Shipping.
  • Tracking Number: Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we can ship your order. Additional delays may occur due to factors like postal delays or customs inspections. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
  • Tracking Code: All orders have a tracking number that we will email to our customers. Additionally, customers can track the parcel on our website.
  • Lost in Mail: Each order is sent with insured shipping & handling to prevent lost packages. If your order gets held at customs, lost in transit, or returned to us, we will send you a new package with priority shipping and full tracking if possible. Please refer to our refund and return policy for applicable shipping situations.
  • Shipping to P.O. Boxes: Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please review their policy and communicate with us if you have specific needs for P.O. Box delivery.
  • Customs Fees and Import Taxes: All prices are displayed in USD, with all taxes covered on our end. However, depending on your location and local laws, you may be responsible for paying duties and taxes upon receiving your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may apply once your order arrives at its destination, as determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and is not covered by us. We are not responsible for customs-related delays.
